AERIAL PHOTYGRAPHY RETURN POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund for the work that was performed. Please take this time to Review the Work for Quality and your Satisfaction.

To be eligible for a Full Refund, you must submit the Request within the 30 days from the day of the Purchase, and you must submit a Reason for the Refund Request which would then be reviewed by our Resolutions Team.

Once a Refund is Approved, the Funds will be available back to the Payment Method in which you used within 7-10 Business Days of your Request.

This Refund Policy above covers the Following:

Weddings, Parties, Sports, and Other Productions
Real Estate Listings, and Videos
Any Event which envolves Video Production (Drones or Camera)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via Email.
